Partner/Reseller Terms of Service To be an authorized reseller of NetMedia, LLC, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained herein. Read this agreement in its entirety before registering as NetMedia, LLC Partner/Reseller. By signing up for NetMedia, LLC Partner/Reseller program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. NETMEDIA, LLC RESELLER AGREEMENT PARTNER/RESELLERS MUST READ THE RESELLER AGREEMENT BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM. PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM SIGNIFIES UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT WHICH IS SET FORTH BELOW. ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: 1. Partner/Reseller agrees to abide by all applicable laws when promoting NetMedia, LLC through our partner/reseller program. This includes, but not limited to, copyright and intellectual property right law. Partners/Resellers accept that all sites which promote NetMedia, LLC are legally compliant. Partners/Resellers accept that they are fully liable for their promotion of NetMedia, LLC. 2. Partners/Resellers understand that the terms of the partner/reseller agreement may change at any time, and that the changes will be applicable within 7 days. 3. Partners/Resellers must be over 18 years of age and are able to legally capacitated to enter into a contract within their legal territory. 4. Partner/Resellers accept that NetMedia, LLC shall endeavour to track sales and that any decisions made with regards to the validity of a sale will be exclusively decided by NetMedia, LLC. NetMedia, LLC accepts no liability in any instances where the partner/reseller fails to properly implement links which allow for sales to be tracked. 5. NetMedia, LLC reserves the right to end the reseller agreement with any reseller at any time. 6. NetMedia, LLC makes no guarranties express or implied, with regards to the effectiveness of the partner/reseller program. All content and functionality provided to partners/resellers by NetMedia, LLC is provided as is. 7. Partner/Reseller will be provided non-branded detailed report. 8. Partner/Reseller is entitle to 25% wholesale rate from NetMedia's already low prices. 9. Partner/Reseller shall pay NetMedia the amount less 25% of the package and or service you are ordering. 10. NetMedia, LLC accepts all credit card payments thru Authorize.net and 2Checkout.
